	Endlich The Pod wurden von Dean und Gene Ween auf einem Tascam Four-Track Kasetten Recorder zwischen Januar und Oktober 1990 aufgenommen. Das Album wurde dann von Andrew Weiss produziert und fuer diese Edition von Howie Weinberg von Masterdisk re-mastered. Meistens wird The Pod fuer Ween als die groesste Herausforderung als Album gesehen. The Pod (nach dem Namen der Wohnung in der Dean und Gene gemeinsam gelebt haben) ist es das surrealste Album der Band. Alle Songs sind schmutzig vielleicht desshalb weil diese auf einem Four-Track Kasetten Recorder aufgenomen wurden, und weil die Vocals verschiedenst manipuliert worden sind. Die Texte sind zuweilen sehr bizarre...koennte vielleicht and den Drogen liegen... Limitiertes 180g Doppelvinyl in aufwendigem Klappcover!
